Description:	This is a wonderfully dramatic shot of a marina in Mexico. It is located in Banderas Bay which means Bay of Flags and is the largest bay on the American continent. The area boasts some of the finest hotels in Mexico and with over 400 slipways it is the perfect destination for yachtsmen all over the world. In this shot of Puerto Vallarta Marina a slow shutter speed has been used to obtain the misty sea which creates a nice smooth look to the image of Puerto Vallarta Marina. The sky is lit up by the Vallarta Marina lights which are reflecting the moody sky in the sand. Shortly after this picture of Puerto Vallarta Marina was taken a massive thunder storm broke out and the whole sky was lit up by lightening. Many people have tried to capture an image of Puerto Vallarta Marina during a storm which can be such a contrast to the usual picture perfect marina view.
